Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 14, 2026
Peak Dynamics ERP, LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates PeakForecast, an internal forecast notification platform used by Western Veg Pro and its grower partners. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.
1. Information we collect
When you use PeakForecast as a staff member, supervisor, or grower partner, we collect:
- Account information — name, email address, employer (grower or operations entity), and role within your organization.
- Mobile phone number — collected only from staff and operations users who have consented to receive SMS notifications.
- Forecast data — the daily strawberry harvest forecasts and actuals that you enter into the application as part of your job.
- Authentication metadata — login timestamps, session tokens, and minimal device information necessary to keep your account secure.
2. How we use your information
- To operate the PeakForecast application and deliver the forecast notifications you have subscribed to.
- To send SMS text alerts about forecast submissions, forecast updates, and recorded actuals to ops staff and administrators whose phone numbers have been added to the system with their consent.
- To support, troubleshoot, and improve the platform.
- To meet legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations.
3. SMS program
See the Support & SMS Program Details page for the program name, message frequency, sample messages, opt-in process, and opt-out instructions.
4. How we share information
We share information only with the service providers we rely on to operate PeakForecast:
- Supabase — database and authentication hosting.
- Vercel — web application hosting.
- Twilio — SMS delivery (phone number and message content only; never used by Twilio for marketing).
- Apple TestFlight / App Store and Google Play — mobile application distribution.
We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone, and we do not share it with marketing partners.
5. Data retention
Account information and forecast records are retained for as long as the relationship between your employer and the buying organization is active. SMS consent records and opt-out logs are retained for the duration required by U.S. carrier compliance rules (currently 4 years from the most recent activity).
6. Your rights
- Access — request a copy of the information we hold about you.
- Correction — ask us to correct inaccurate information.
- Deletion — ask us to delete your personal information, subject to legal retention requirements.
- SMS opt-out — reply STOP to any PeakForecast SMS to immediately stop further messages.
Email support@peakdyn.com to exercise any of these rights.
7. Security
PeakForecast uses encrypted transport (HTTPS/TLS), encrypted-at-rest database storage, and role-based access controls. While no system is perfectly secure, we apply industry-standard safeguards and review them regularly.
8. Children
PeakForecast is an internal business platform. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced through the application and reflected by an updated “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
